IS YOUR FOOD HALAL?

Yes, all of our meat produce is certified & from a halal butcher. All of our produce is halal - even down to our vegan marshmallows! We don’t serve or prepare any pork products. 


what precautions are you taking for covid-19?

We’ve been absolute in following all guidelines & regulations set out by the UK Government as a result of the coronavirus. We wear gloves & masks when preparing all food & drinks, with staff being extra cautious with their health & testing. Please be respectful of customers and staff during this time.


CAN I BOOK A TABLE ONLINE?

We don’t currently have an automated online booking system, though we are working on integrating one soon! For now, we accept bookings via telephone and in-store. You can also make a booking enquiries for tables of 6 of more people via our Contact page - though please note, your booking is not secured until it has been confirmed by us. 


BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you are on time for your booking. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking, your table is no longer secure and may be given away. Tables of 1-5 are reserved for 2 hour slots and tables of 6+ for 3-4 hours - from the time of booking. We cannot alter this for late arrivals due to our designated booking slots. If you’re running late or cannot make your reservation, please let us know as early as possible. We are a small independent business and due to having limited space, no-shows really hurt us.


DO YOU OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE?

We currently offer delivery via third party apps, Deliveroo & UberEats. You can call us directly to order a take-out for collection.


DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?

We do serve a limited alcohol menu. This does not contaminate our food or kitchen in any way & is served in allocated glassware.


why are you serving halal food & alcohol?

Our ethos is integrally based on being inclusive & respectful of everyone in the community; bringing people together in The Woods, to sip, make crumbs & dream. Woodland has a zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination & prejudice - & we wanted to create an environment & community that shares these values. We feel that accommodating everyone with kindness & acceptance is the best way to operate, spreading love & positivity. PS. If Nando’s can do it, why can’t we?!


DO YOU SERVE MOCKTAILS?

Yes - we serve a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - including zero-alcohol faux prosecco.


DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS FOR VEGANS & VEGETARIANS?

Absolutely - our menu caters for all, with plenty of plant-based options.


DO YOU serve gluten-free?

Yes, we have gluten-free sourdough options & some delicious gluten-free cakes/pastries. Always be sure to inform our staff of any intolerances & allergies prior to ordering. We’ll be happy to assist and accommodate you in the best way.


DO YOU STOCK ALTERNATIVE MILKS?

We stock normal, soya, oat, almond & coconut milk. Always be sure to inform our staff of any intolerances & allergies prior to ordering.


DO YOU HAVE LOYALTY CARDS?

Loyalty, allegiance, friendship & coffee - that’s what’s printed on our coffee W loyalty cards. Pick one up in-store today!


CAN I ORDER AN ENTIRE W CAKE?

Our gateaux cakes are infamous - no wonder we get asked for cake orders all the time! We’d be happy to arrange one of our cakes for your special occasion. Please visit us in store to order your cake & secure your date. We need a four-day advanced notice on cake orders and require a deposit in advance. Cakes will need to be picked up in-store.


WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

As a result of the pandemic & restrictions, our opening times are subject to change / alterations. We are currently open from Monday – Friday | 8am – 8pm, Saturday | 8am – 10pm, Sunday | 8am - 6pm. We’ll update our hours on social media as we go, though to avoid disappointment, it’s always a good idea to give us a call on 020 3441 4911 to double check we’re open.


HOW CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT IN THE BLOOM ROOM?

Head to our Events page to learn more about booking The Bloom Room & private hire. Please note, we are currently unable to book & hire out this area as we intended, due to Covid-19.
